These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the L&G Cleaning Services website and your engagement of our residential and commercial cleaning services. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

L&G Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Aurora, Denver, and the surrounding south metro area, including but not limited to home and apartment cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

Estimates and quotes

Instant online estimates provide a general price range only. A final, firm quote is confirmed by our team before any work begins. No deposit is required to book a service, and no payment is due until the job is complete and you are satisfied with the results.

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any area of your service isn't right, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean it at no additional charge.

Scheduling and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking so we can accommodate other customers.
