Is carpet cleaning available as a stand-alone service?+
Yes — carpet cleaning can now be booked completely on its own, separate from a full house cleaning, or added onto any cleaning visit.
How much does stand-alone carpet cleaning cost?+
A single room starts at a $100 minimum, and whole-house carpet cleaning starts at $300. A $100 minimum visit fee applies to all carpet cleaning jobs — call (303) 944-4318 or email Lguzman@lngcleaning.com for an exact quote based on your home's size and carpet condition.
What products do you use on carpets?+
We use our own professional, eco-friendly cleaning products at no extra charge — ask Luis about specific product requirements for children or pets.
How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?+
Most carpets dry within 6–12 hours after our professional cleaning, depending on humidity, airflow, and carpet thickness. We'll turn on fans and open blinds before we leave, and recommend keeping foot traffic light until it's fully dry.
How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?+
Most homes do well with a professional cleaning every 12–18 months. If you have pets, kids, or heavy foot traffic, every 6–12 months keeps carpets looking and smelling their best.
Can you get pet stains and odors out of carpet?+
In most cases, yes. Our professional-grade equipment and products are effective on pet stains and odor, especially the fresher they are. Older, deeply set-in stains often improve significantly but aren't always removed 100% — we'll be upfront during your walkthrough about what to expect.
Do you guarantee all stains will come out?+
We guarantee our work, but we're honest that very old or deeply set stains sometimes only improve rather than disappear completely. We'll tell you what's realistic for your carpet before we start, not after.
